The Teacher's House

Miss Mary has retired now, and is ready to leave the city and move back home. She has taken good care of this house over the years; the façade, the pasta floors, the ceilings, all are in great condition. The house consists of a living room and dining room on the entrance side. On the other side of the house there is a front room, the middle room with the staircase, and a kitchen with a bath off the back, as was the custom in the older times. Go up the staircase to find a great room on top: plentiful windows and a large bathroom complete with tub, very unusual for our area. There is a large back yard with several structures; remove these and create your own private areas…gardens, pool, water features, a guest house, there’s sufficient room. Just a block or so from our beautiful Paseo de Montejo and the archeological museum, and a few blocks from Santana park, this is a convenient location for a rental, a vacation home, or a private residence.
