Melba is ready to do some traveling, so she’s decided to sell her cozy home half way between San Juan and La Ermita and take off to see a bit of the world, or at least Mexico! The house has relatively high ceilings, is on a cobble-stone street (one of the few in Merida) and has a sunny, eat-in kitchen. Tear down the laundry-room in the small garden and make room for a plunge pool alongside the beautiful plants. There is on-street parking or near-by lots where you can park for as little as 20 dollars a month. Open your door on Sundays to enjoy the traffic-free bicycle route that will pass right in front of your door, or walk a couple of blocks to take “jarana” lessons off the square of La Ermita. This house is affordable and easy to maintain; make this your home away from home, or even a great rental! |
